Freedom of Information Act

It may take up to a maximum of 20 days to get a response but we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible. Freedom of Information Act 1st January 2005

The College is committed to complying with the terms of the Freedom of Information Act. The Act establishes a statutory general right of access to all types of recorded information held by public authorities.

The College may be contacted via e-mail or letter to submit requests for information at the College. It may take up to a maximum of 20 working days for a response to be made, although this can be sooner. Requests should be directed to the Office Manager in the first instance.

A reasonable charge will be made for photocopying and for the time involved in the collating of information not readily available.

The college is obliged to ensure that any information supplied does not contravene the Data Protection Act; other exemptions might also apply.
